Established in 2001, we are a professional manufacturer of various bolts and screws. Meanwhile, we can also produce non-standard fasteners. Our products are 100 percent for export. We own 51 sets of fully automatic multi-stage cold formers imported from Taiwan. They help us deliver your orders on-time. Shipping your orders efficiently is not a problem for us. With a 20, 000-square-meter factory, 10 production lines and 200 employees, we can complete your orders in just 30 days.
Our Product Range
You can come to us for hex bolts, hex socket bolts, flange bolts, carriage bolts, square bolts, eye bolts, U-bolts, T-bolts, threaded rod, nuts, and more. The ranges of product grades are 4.8, 8.8, 10.9, and 12.9m and Gr 2, Gr5, Gr 8. Our monthly output for per item is up to 1000 tons per item. We have been serving buyers in the US, Europe, the Middle East and Japan since 2002.
Our Factory and QC Checks
Our factory is equipped with tensile strength testers and metallurgic microscopes, and Rockwell and Vickers hardening equipment. Our QC office has four engineers and 16 quality inspectors, who have been doing their jobs efficiently for over 8 years. We are confident in the quality of our products. Our company has formed a powerful team of researchers to develop new products and technologies. We have received ISO 9001: 2000 certification.
